Housing Assistant roles are integral to the smooth running of the housing function.  They offer a varied role and are suitable for those just starting out on their career within housing or those with a couple of years experience in housing seeking more experience before moving up to Officer level.

The main duties would include - Administrative support, customer service, compiling reports, data entry and answering and making telephone calls.



Whilst ideally already having experience in housing, applications are encouraged from candidates with the following skills:-



- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong administration skills

- Cash handling experience

- An interest in Social Housing
