Virtual Assistant: Professional Call Answering Typing (English Afrikaans)

Do you require a full time employee (Virtual Assistant) to carry out the following office duties?:

•To manage incoming telephone calls and queries and take messages while you are out of office or unable to answer the calls yourself – to insure you do not miss an important call or lose potential business; and/or
•An accurate Typist with a good command of the English and Afrikaans languages (spoken and written).

My Duties will Include:

•Attending to all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner;
•Taking accurate and concise messages – all messages will immediately be relayed to the relevant person via email;
•Handling telephonic queries efficiently; and/or
•Typing, pc and data-entry, proof reading and editing documents, typing of reports and any ad-hoc documents.

I am based in South Africa and operate from a professionally set-up office environment, complete with all the necessary electronic equipment including - pc, email, 24 hour ADSL internet connection, fax, telephone (landline and mobile), scanner, copier and Skype facility.

I have a strong work ethic; I am professional and work well on my own initiative.
