One bedroom fuly furnished flat appartment wanted

I am an actor appearing in panto at the Little Theatre in Middlesborough from 23rd November up untill January 10th, 2010 (a total of seven weeks).

Therefore I am looking for a small(ish) property to rent for this short period of time. I am a home owner myself and because of the nature of my work (often away, touring etc) I often let my own appartment out on the short term and I am hoping to find someone out there who does the same as staying in a Travelodge (a al Alan Partridge) for seven weeks holds limitted appeal!
