We are looking for someone to be our fifth flatmate in our Terrace house in Linthorpe. The room comprises of a Double Bed, Wardrobe, Desk, Draws and Office Chair. The house has five spacious bedroom in total and 2 Bathrooms one with a Shower Toilet and Sink, One with a bath and sink, and we also have an extra toilet separate. In the Living Room there are two 3-Piece Sofas a coffee table and TV. The Kitchen has an Oven/Grill, Washing Machine, Sink, Kettle and Toaster. There is a garden out the back with a double garage, and a double dirve to the front of the house. We split Gas, Electric and water between us and this does not come to much more than £25 a month each. We also have Broadband and Cable TV if you want to split the cost of this with us (£5 per month)
