A job for an experienced Payroll Manager with particular emphasis on the administration of expatriate payroll, for a multi-national business within the North East of England. You will be responsible for managing a team overseeing the administration of a monthly payroll for in excess of 1000 employees including dealing with all reporting, analysis and administration including year-end. As Payroll Manager you will have developed experience of managing a payroll function within a large organisation (1000 employees+) and have demonstrable knowledge of expatriate payroll processes. You will be a strong character with the ability to lead a team, handle pressure, yet deal with both staff and employees in a sensitive manner. You will be seeking a challenging role within a dynamic business environment.
