The Location: Richmond North Yorkshire a pretty Georgian market town in the Yorkshire dales.

The workplace: A busy guesthouse with 10 letting rooms

The Job: To prepare breakfasts five days per week to include either Saturday or Sunday
For up to 17 guests. Prepare packed lunches as required by guests. Leave the kitchen and dining room clean and set up for the next days service.
To manage the ordering and storage of food.

.Average of 3 hours per shift. Between 07:00 and 11:00 hours
A waitress/kitchen helper will be on hand to assist as necessary
Additional hours are available on housekeeping duties if required.
Meals included while on duty and a generous hourly rate for the right person.

Live in accommodation: is available.

We are looking for a high standard of presentation and quality from an individual who is totally reliable and able to manage their kitchen without supervision.
Who is familiar with food hygeine regulations and practice. Capable of planning food requirements. NVQ level 1 and 2 will be an advantage. References will be required.
