We are a property management company that manages properties by placing guardians to live in them. The reason why our weekly license is so cheap is that it is a short term agreement but we do endeavour to give our guardians 5 weeks notice of when the property is to be handed back to the owners.

We have properties all over the UK at different costs. Our Property in Stockton on Tees is fully furnished with own kitchen and bathroom, these rooms are £35 per week.

Here are the documents and fees payable by our Gaurdians upon signing of the property. Viewing times and dates are available all week.

the fees: £300. deposit (refundable when you leave the property)

£50. admin fee

£60. fire kit (this belongs to you)

£35. per week, license (inclusive of bills)

Should you be interested in signing in with Camelot, there are some forms of ID required. please bring all documents on the viewing day to avoid disappointment.

2 x latest wages slips plus photo copies



1 x utility bill from you current address plus a photo copy



1 x bank statement plus a photo copy



1 x photo ID, passport or driving license plus photo copy OR Birth Certificate with a signed photograph & photo copy
