me and my friend are looking for a flat/house to rent ASAP..

were looking to pay about £350 to £500 a month rent! maybe inc bills..

Area's prefferred would be tollesby,acklam,marton,nunthorpe,norton,bluebell,brookfields but were open to offers of other area's....

we looking for furnished or part furnished(modern if possible)

we both work full time and have no kids...were just 2 down to earth guys who like socialising,going to gigs,to the cinema doing the usual things mates do..

we are not avid drinkers nor do we take drugs....

we need to move into a premises ASAP..
