Job duties to include:

To manage a caseload of clients through established routeways, vacancies and sourced opportunities, into sustainable jobs and work placement opportunities.

* Prepare for and conduct client meetings
* Telesales/Marketing calls
* Maintaining client records on IT systems
* Assist clients to perfect interview skills and techniques and support an coach job searches
* Emailing vacancies, client feedback and general email correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have:

*Knowledge of recruitment legislation
*Excellent IT skills
*Experience of working in a customer service enviroment
*Experience of relationship management
*Networking & partnership building
*Experience of working in a results focused enviroment.

This is a temp to perm position to commence ASAP.
Transport is essential.
