DESCRIPTION
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for an established company in North Yorkshire. This will be a temporary opportunity lasting between 6 to 12 months. This is a varied role that will include dealing with varied aspects of accounts including credit control, purchase and sales ledger and bank reconciliations as well as general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and must demonstrate a positive work attitude.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Dealing with all aspects of purchase ledger.
·Reconciling supplier statements.
·Chasing debt via telephone and letter.
·Raising sales invoices and allocating payments.
·Dealing with customer queries.
·Reconciling bank statements.
·General Administrative duties including typing letters, filing, faxing and sorting the post.
