Relief Chefs required for short and long term contracts

We are looking for relief chefs to cover short and long term contracts.

As a relief chef you will be responsible for...

* Smooth, effective day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced
* Making sure the kitchen works within relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines

The ideal candidate will...

* Hold relevant NVQ or City & Guilds certificates
* Basic Food / Hygiene Certificate
* Good communication skills
* Have the ability to work on own initiative
* Have some good all round experience
* Be PAYE or Self Employed
* Transport or be able to get yourself to assignments
