Our client based at Preston Farm Business Park is a well known telecommunciations organisation who is looking for Customer Relations Executives to join their expanding teams.

Your role will be talking to existing customers who are wanting to leave the business. Using your strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, you will question customers carefully to understand and solve their issues while selling the benefits and value of the company's products and services to try and retain their business.

Suitable candidates must have experience of working in a target driven sales environment before, preferably in an inbound or outbound sales position. You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a relationship with customers quickly.

Hours are on a rotational shift pattern between 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday.

£15,500 + £3,900 OTE
