We are looking for i shop to rent in either Eston or Southbank. We are a new business who have been let down by an estate agent and vendor on spiraling costs. We are ready to move now.

We are requiring 2 months free rent period initially to get any decor and shop fittings undertaken (this can be negotiated depending on how shop is layed out). We also only require a 6 month lease to start after this period we are more than willing to sign for longer.
