VB.net, SQL Server 2005, RDBMS scheme design, C#, .Net 2.0, Windows CE, Windows Mobile, Oracle 9i/10g or other RDBMS

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000(DOE) + Pension + Healthcare

Leading provider of innovative solutions worldwide are seeking a VB.net Software Developer to join their team working on the next generation of their state of the art software.

Candidates must possess exceptional skills in VB.net, XML, SQL Server 2005 (stored procedures / triggers / configuration etc), RDBMS schema design and optimisation as well as client facing skills. The role will also entail travel to other offices in the north, as well as some, very infrequent, European travel.

Any knowledge or experience of ERP systems (eg Navision, MS Dynamics, JD Edwards, Movex etc), MRP systems, Windows CE / Windows Mobile devices, other RDBMS such as Oracle, or other programming languages(specially C# ) etc would be highly desirable.

The minimum educational requirement for this role is a degree in Computing/Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.
