I am looking for a Teesside University Student to move into a furnished flat on Linthorpe Road.

Flat consists of entrance hall, large bathroom, kitchen with all white goods and fully furnished with dining table etc.

Also consists of a large living area with 2 leather sofas and fire place.

The bedroom available consists of a king size bed with a medium sized wardrobe.

This is a two bedroomed flat and you will be living with myself; a second year journalism student at Teesside University.

The flat is located above a pizza shop - Pizza royale.
