Bar/Club Manager

My client is a medium sized Leisure company owning bars, clubs and restaurants. The company is constantly growing and so looking for a strong candidate to join with the progression.
As Bar Manager you will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the premises including promotions, staffing, stock and all accounting.

This position will be at the helm of a popular, high end Bar/Club and will so require someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the business to lead it. As Manager you will have the opportunity to use a healthy marketing budget to promote the business, as a higher quality establishment you will have a broad spectrum of customer looking for late night entertainment away from the busy centre of town trade.
The ideal candidate will be very passionate about their role, looking for a company to develop their skills and to work with a very forward thinking operational director.
As an essential you will be happy front of house, meeting new customers and maintaining the good name of the company, at times you may need to get involved with the busy night and show the staff your willingness.
