An opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef based at a Hotel which is situated in the centre of Middlesbrough. The hotel boasts over 100 bedrooms, an AA Rosette award- winning Restaurant, and 17 meeting rooms.

As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all areas of running the kitchen, from stock control and food preparation to training and supervising the kitchen team.You must have a focus on quality and attention to detail, as you will play your part in keeping the standards of food preparation and presentation high in the kitchen.
