hi,
a double room in a lovely semi detached house on the popular hard to come by area of redcar - the ings. close distance to shops and pub while still in a very quiet lovely estate.
at the moment my friend lives and owns it but is giving me first refusal on renting it after the new year off her, i just need someone to come in on it with me.
the rent above is how much we have worked out it will cost us each - inclusive of bills.
the house is a lovely size and has a front room, kitchendinner, gardens, double drive, downstairs wc, landing, bathroom and two large double bedrooms.
i am a 21 yr old female who is clean and tidy and consierate and am a professional who works for the council.
i am looking for a similar type of person (female only) to share with.
