Our clients are a pioneering Manufacturing company providing cutting edge technology products. They are seeking an entrepreneurial Finance Director who will be instrumental in driving the future strategy of this exciting, rapidly growing business, which are part of an international company that are leaders in their field.
As part of the senior management team you will work closely with the MD and International CFO. The ideal candidate will have an engineering/manufacturing background and a balance of big company best practice combined with smaller more hands on experience gained within an SME company.
The role encompasses all the usual FD duties as well as providing strategic direction and vision.
Requirements for the role of the Financial Director would be:-
Masters degree in Finance, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent work experience
Successful track record in financial management at senior level with the ability to maximize growth and profitability
Extensive knowledge of IT and ERP systems
Experience of expansion project management and ramp co-ordination
Experience or desire to work within an international company
Relocation package available
Salary £45k + Package
