A Sous Chef is required for our clients historic country house hotel in Teesdale.
You will be a senior member of a brigade providing room service,bar meals and a la carte dining to a high standard using fresh,local produce.
Applications are sought from motivated and enthusiastic chefs with experience of leading a kitchen team,menu design, stock ordering etc.
The role would suit an existing sous chef or an ambitious and experienced chef de partie.
Accomodation is available if required,aswell as a competitive salary and the opportunity to work as part of a supportive team.
Own transport is advantageous due to location.
