I will be moving in Dec 2010, brand new 2 bed house, close to public transport and amenities. Easy reach of Teesside University, University Hospital of North Tees.

Double room, fully furnished with ensuite shower room, very private. Share house with other female (Owner – 39 years old). Parking available. Lovely area of Billingham.

I work full time and at Uni part time, so it is NOT a party house and doesn’t allow for visitors to stay overnight unfortunately. Female only, bond and references are required.

Won’t be able to view until end of December when moved in but expressions of interest are welcome now.
