We ( Jobservice24 R.Agency ) looking for Recruitment consultant (Bournemouth)
Responsibilities:
To canvass employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their precise recruitment requirements;
• Advertise posts appropriately - drafting and strategically advertising using a wide range of media, newspapers, magazines and the Internet
• Review applications, manage interviews, and consider candidates and short-lists
• Collect feedback from employers on the performance and suitability of candidates who have previously been placed with them
• Attend recruitment fairs and other exhibitions or business events to expand the client base and develop new business
• Customers own base (seen kindly)
• Obtain information that assists in expanding the client and candidate database
Strong documentation/reporting skills
• Intermediate MS Office skills
Salary Band: Basic Salary of £22.000/year plus bonus
