I want house for rent near the University of Teesside for 6 month from 1/12/2009 to 1/6/2010

About me:
I am Student 27 years old with My wife [ NO PETS ]
I am almost in University from 10am to 5 pm so busy in Univ.
I get back to home for rest and Sleep
I don't have Any kind of visitor.
we are non-smokers and non-alcohol drinkers
so don't worry about your property.

hope to see a good price & clean house
