Our client requires a Sous Chef for their accoladed property in Teeside.

The successful candidate will have an AA rosetted background, and excellent kitchen management skills, and will have responsibility for all aspects of the kitchen and menus.

They have banqueting and wedding facilities alongside the restaurant, so previous experience of conference and banqueting is essential, as is maintaining and improving on the standards already set in the restaurant.

In return, they are offering an excellent salary package, and a performance bonus to be discussed.
