Handy Person Site Operative

We are looking for Site Operative / Handyperson on a Temp to Perm basis. Client is a facilities maintenance company based on client site in Darlington. Working on a NHS building and due to sensitivity of the site CRB clearance will be required, which client can arrange. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.



Duties will include a variety of activities concerned with premises e.g. carpentry, joinery, changing plugs & light bulbs, maintaining basic electrics, plumbing, litter picking, tidying of site, mowing grassed areas, pruning shrubs & trees and any other requested tasks. Good all round experience is looked for, but plumbing experience would be particularly useful.



Looking at immediate start for the right candidate.



Salary Temp rate up to £8.50 per hour
