A job in County Durham for a qualified (ACA or ACCA) Accounts & Audit Senior. This job would suit a qualified Accounts or Audit Senior/Semi-Senior who is seeking a rewarding and challenging career with an leading independent Chartered Accountancy Firm with an excellent reputation and professional, friendly and relaxed working environment.

Reporting to the Partners, you will experience a diverse range of clients including limited companies with annual turnover in excess of £2m, owner-managed businesses and charities. You will be responsible for:

- Production of statutory accounts and financial statements,
- Preparation of corporation tax computations and CT600s
- Assisting with client audits
- Providing advice and guidance to clients

As a qualified individual you will have ideally gained a broad knowledge of skills within a professional accounting firm including accounts preparation and corporation tax. A working knowledge of Sage accounting packages and charities experience would be a distinct advantage.
