We are currently seeking to recruit qualified social workers for busy older person’s teams
You will be dealing with clients 65+ duties will include care plans and packages, initial and core assessments, carrying a case load as well as be part of a busy duty rota

You must be aware and up to date with all relevant acts and legislation
All applicants must have current GSCC registration and a current CRB
