Can you take up the challenge as Design Coordinator for this timber frame manufacturing and installation business?
This is a growing company that has coped exceptionally well in a difficult market, now with a significant ongoing order book with public sector / Housing Associations and developers.
They are looking ahead to the future and ensuring they have a strong team to continue to succeed.

You will need to demonstrate real drive and leadership ability in addition to a thorough grounding in timber frame housing / building design and construction to hit the ground running in this key role.
Efficient and successful coordination of timber frame projects from design stage is critical to their smooth running, and to customer satisfaction and therefore profitability and future business.

You will have:
Background as Technician / Designer in timber frame and / or Architectural practice with timber frame projects.
Demonstrable skills in coordinating / managing projects from initial design stages to site.
Drive and enthusiasm, coupled with an ability to get things done, quickly and accurately under pressure, bringing everyone with you on the way.
Excellent people skills in dealing with both clients and colleagues across the business.

This is a relatively new business, though now well established, and therefore has excellent prospect for progression for the right candidate seeking to make a career here.

Location: North East.
Candidates that would need to relocate will be considered - though please consider the practicalities. This is a long term career move and would require relocation rather than long term working away from home.
