An experienced restaurant manager is sought by our client for their intimate hotel restaurant in County Durham. Applications are sought from existing managers or assistant restaurant manager with experience of traditional and modern British cuisine and good knowledge of wine. The role also oversees provision of room service and has input into wedding and banqueting arrangements so previous hotel experience would be advantageous. Salary is negotiable commensurate with experience. Due to the location of the hotel, own transport is required.
