I am highly trained chef at 2-rosette level who has excellent communication and man management skills. I have experience in training others to a very high standard. My work has included menu planning, maintaining margins (GP%), health and safety requirements, in house audits, stock control and general day to day supervising and running of a busy kitchen, trouble shooting and experienced in kitchen design.
