We are looking for Customer Service staff to work for a well established, highly successful global organisation with over 1500 branches worldwide. They offer career prospects, full training and support given plus excellent company benefits including pension, staff discount and quarterly / annual bonuses.

Hours of work are Monday to Sunday, 9am-5.30/6pm, on a 5 day rota. (Flexibility is required)
Due to the service offered by the company, you will need to be at least 18 years old.
Salary: between 12-14 k p.a. plus generous bonus scheme

Duties will include handling large amounts of cash, transferring money to other bank accounts, advising on personal loans, data entry, administration, marketing and changing up foreign currency. You do not need to be a mathematician or an accountant! They have a simple computer system the does all the hard work which you will have full training on.

Skills / experience required:
* Educated to GCSE level with C or above in English and maths
* Have a minimum of 12 months retail cash handling experience
* Have a friendly disposition
* Be full of enthusiasm

……… and be able to make a great cup of tea or coffee for the Area Manager!

You will be a key player and have the opportunity to shine and develop your skills. You will help customers, face to face and deliver 1st class customer service.

A second language such as French, Polish or Spanish is an advantage, but not essential.
