I live in Scotland, but I'm placing this ad on behalf of my mum and dad, who live in Billingham.

They have asked me to locate a small caravan for them to put in their garden for when people come to stay. Their house is too small to accommodate us whenever we visit.

Caravan doesn't need to be perfect, just good enough to sleep in.

Ideally, free, or cheap, and it must be able to transport easily to Billingham.
