Hi

I am currently renting a room in a flat at Teeside House. This is lovely student accomodation run by a company called 'campus lifestyle'. However in February I go onto placement for my uni course and I will no longer need the flat so i am trying to find some one to take my room.

The flat contains 4 other girls who are all lovely. The bedroom is ensuite with a single bed. The Kitchen and living room is shared. The whole flat is really modern and well furnished. It is also really close to the uni, the main teesside university buliding is just on the other side of the road.

When you live at Teesside house you have to pay a £200 bond which you get back at the end of the year, however I WILL PAY THIS £200 BOND for you.

I know there is a january intake of nurses and that 2nd year radiographers start uni again around this time so this flat would be perfect for them. The avaliable date says 11th Feb 2010 BUT I CAN MOVE OUT EARLIER IF NEEDED!
