I am lking for a house mate to rent a room in my house, the house is a modern two bed house with newly installed modern kitchen, one bathroom, front and rear gardens with off street parking and a living room. The house and room for rent is all furnished, the room with a king size bed, two wardrobes a desk and fridge, tv, internet etc.
I am a young professional i work 8.30 - 5 mon to fri am fairly easy going and very tidy, enjoy socialising and going for drinks/cinema etc. tho mainly usually on the weekend, but also apprieciate my own space and respect that prospective housemates would too.
