2 bedroom flat to share with 19 year old full time female student. The other tenant failed her first year at university and is not unable to move in so the room is available to move in asap.

Big double bedroom:

2 bed side cabinets
wardrobe
desk and desk chair

Reasonable sized living area, with a large sofa and 2 chairs, large coffee table and kitchen. All the kitchen appliences are included as well as all of the pans, plates, cups ect.
There is a large washroom with a bath and shower.

A cleaner comes in once every week to clean the communal areas (everywhere but the bedroom)

Only two other flats in the building so it is quiet.

The flat is situated on borough road and so is right next to the university main reception (litrally about 2 mins walk) and only a five minute walk into the centre of town.

The room is available to non students as well as students. And can be rented by male or female.

The room in £297 per month (including gas electric and water). Tv licence and internet are separate and costs £22.50.
