Massage help

I'd like to be able to offer my other half a nice massage when he gets home from work. Only thing is that I'm pretty sure all I cause him is pain at the moment. :( Anyway, I don't really know what I'm looking for...tips...pointers...someone to show me the ropes... anyway...let me know if you can help. I just want to be a good girlfriend!
