We are currently seeking to recruit qualified social workers for busy Disabilities team,
You will be dealing with both Learning and Physical Disabilities duties will include care plans and packages, core assessments, reviews, carrying a case load as well as being part of a multi disciplinary team

You must be aware and up to date with all relevant acts and legislation
All applicants must have current GSCC registration and a current CRB
