Body Control Pilates Classes
Matwork Pilates classes, all ages and abilities welcome, suitable for beginners and those who have some experience of Pilates.
Pilates is a gentle form of exercise which lengthens and strengthens muscles without creating bulk. It strengthens the core, creating a flatter stomach and stronger and healthier back.
Thursday's 6pm - 7pm, St. Cuthbert's Church Hall, Marton
Friday's 10:45am - 11:45am, Ingleby Barwick Community Centre
