MOBILE PHONE STORE MANAGER

My client is a leading mobile phone network provider looking for a strong candidate to lead and motivate a sales team. We are looking for someone with the ability to maximise sales and assist in the delivery excellent customer service. As Branch Manager you will be responsible for all the store operation and ensure all store targets are achieved, whilst adhering to the company policies and procedures.

If successful you will be required to effectively manage your own store within the company guidelines whilst calling upon your skills and experience to maximise sales through effective sales floor management. A Branch Manager you will be responsible for uplifting the standards of all staff by strong leadership, coaching and motivation of the team. You will be required to deliver excellent customer service standards at all times by demonstrating first class product knowledge of the brand
You will be fully responsible for the P & L, Rotas, Hiring and firing and shrinkage within the store and so will need to have the right people with the right behaviours working along side you. Once the correct staff are in place you will need to keep up with regular training, from induction through to any specialist training required to do the job more effectively

The idea previous experience will be fast paced FMCG, electrical retailers and general successful retail store managers
