This is a student house on Palmer street. It takes 2 minutes to walk to university from here. It is also very close to town. It is a 2 bedroom house, you would be sharing with a male. This is a very nice fully furnished house. Bills are not included in the rent however the bills are very cheap. The person moving in would be required to pay the electrcity bill and the T.V lisence. The other housemate pays the rest. Please contact promplty if you are interested.
