Hello, i have a lovely 3 bedroom house in on victoria road ,central middlesbrough, close to shop's, post office, school and town centre, it is double glazed fully central heated, i can leave all furniture or not its up to u? i can leave t.v. t.v cabnit, leather sofa's, coffee table, wall unit, dinning table, cooker, 1double bed, 1 double bed with top single sleeper, and 1 single bed, ect, my house is fully carpeted with curtain's and all extra's. 2 lot's of bedroom unit's in 2 room's, its a lovely warm cosy home all carpeted and decorated, i am only renting as i have to move due to work commitment's, i want someone who will look after my house as it has been a family home for 9 year's and who will live in it like there own, you must keep it clean and be genuine wanting a long term tenancy in return i will look after you and all need's with regard's to this house. it is perfect for a family, or maybe 3 student's. i would prefer NO DSS.
