Exciting opportunity for a German or French speaking candidate or to work for an established and successful organisation in the Whitby area, as part of its Customer Services team. The role will initially be on a contract basis with the view to a permanent role. The key duties will include:
- Maintaining contact with customers on a regular basis
- Liaising with customers, sales team and other operational staff
- Dealing with incoming calls and handling of customer complaints
- Processing of customer orders
- Co-ordination and participation of sales meetings
- Updating spreadsheets and monitoring customer orders
- Providing general support of the external sales team
- General administrative duties as and when required

To be suitable for this role you should have excellent communication and IT skills. You must also be very confident when dealing with people of all levels over the telephone. The ability to understand German would be preferred, although French or another language would be advantageous.
