I am a 28 yr old Male professional moving to Middlesbrough to work in the City Centre. I am interested in taking up a 2 Bed and 2 Bath flat on Lytton Street on a joint tenancy agreement with another mature professional house mate. The going rate for those flats is £475 so should work out really well!
