Long Term Local Gas Contract

We are interested in speaking to gas safe registered companies or engineers in the Middlesbrough area for contract work carrying out landlord gas safety checks and if possible Pat Testing and EPC testing.
We are a national company who have contracts available throuhgout the UK with Letting Agents and Estate Agents and are shortlisting potential companies and engineers who would be able to carry out on a long term contract basis.
We guarantee a client base with each client providing a minimum average of 50 jobs each per month which would generate a substantial income for completing the gas safety checks alone.
There is a one off cost on £149.50 per letting agent client with no additional fees, which is merely in place to cover our costs of securing the clients and guaranteeing the exclusivity of those clients to the successful gas company. We recommend that a minimum of 10 letting agents are taken as we can then guarantee an extremely consistent level of work throughout the year. The allocated gas company will then agree to complete the contract work on behalf of our clients and there is no addtional management costs over and above this.
