Our next Krav Maga 2 hour intensive training session will be on Sunday 20th September 2009 in Middlesbrough.

Midday to 2pm - Ideal for complete beginners

at Southlands Leisure Centre
Endeston Road (off Ormseby Road)

I will be teaching you how to escape from many different holds and locks, i.e side head
locks, bear hugs and a variety of chokes and many more. Learn how to defend your self
against knife attacks and how to fight back. Krav Maga is both techniques and sparring plus multiple attackers and it is easier to learn than martial arts and much more effective.
Ultimately we will make you feel very confident in your every day life.

£25 per person payable on the day. Please arrive at 11.30am to register. Please wear normal gym gear and bring a bottle of water.
