My client operates a small, country house hotel set in a picturesque and quiet village in Teesdale. The romantic setting is a popular wedding venue and romantic retreat, as well as a base for tourists to the areas many attractions. The restaurant offers fine, contemporary dining using high quality local produce.
Due to the changing demands of the business, they are now seeking to recruit an individual capable of stepping into the role of Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven operational acumen, a flair for sales and marketing and a solid background in restaurant/food and beverage management.
You will be responsible for the day to day running and ongoing, increasing success of the hotel. A people person, you will be willing and able to lead from the front, effectively serving as the hotels representative on all fronts.
The role would be ideally suited to a successful deputy GM or operations manager looking for the next step on their career path and offers a competitive salary package along with an enviable working environment.
