Great multi-lingual opportunities are available working for a large contact centre based in Hartlepool. The role involves taking inbound calls from customers who are having difficulties using  particular gaming products, provide the customer with any technical support they need and ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 11am - pm, £7.44 per hour.
 
The ideal candidate for this role needs to be
·Fluent in either Spanish, Italian or German
·Proven customer service background
·Good IT/PC Skills
