The house is privatly owner and is clean, comfortable and well looked (cleaning and painting will be carried out over the summer where necessary).

Kitchen with washing maching, tumble dryer, two fridges, freezer, microwave and a selection of small electrical appliances.
Lounge/Dining room with two sofas, dining table and chairs, and TV.
Bathroom with shower over bath.
Small garden to the rear with bike store.
High speed internet connection is available.
Rent of £45 per week includes water rates.

39 week contract available with no summer retainer payable.
