The successful candidate will ideally be from a banking or financial services sales background with a proven track record of delivering quality sales results in a targeted environment.

Being the only Personal Banker in this particular branch, you will have the ability to coach and mentor the cashiers to produce quality leads, which in turn will benefit you as you will ultimately convert these leads into sales. Also you will have a proven track record of picking up the phone to call existing customers in order to review their current products, thereby further developing business and generating income.
