Due to a rapid and exciting growth they are now looking to fill positions for European Language Speakers particuly German and Italian Speakers within their Teesside Call Centre. As a native or fluent speaker of one or more European languages, you would play an integral role in our inbound customer services or technical support team.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in your chosen language, as well as English, are essential to these roles.

As a Customer Services Advisor you are pivotal in answering callers with a speedy, accurate and professional response.
